Sherree Maryash was our realtor for both selling our old house and buying our new house.  I was a little nervous because we were friends and I had always been warned not to mix the two.  However when looking for a realtor we knew that Sherree was the type of person we wanted to represent us.  She has always brought a high level of service to everything that she has done.  She has also been known to always go above and beyond.  

The sale of our house was a long and difficult process.  She brought many ideas and suggestions to the table.  In the process many possible future homes were lost because our house was not selling.  She never seemed frustrated or ready to give up.  Once a contract was received onour old house, she was quick to helpus find our new house.  Even after we had a contract on our old house was accepted there were delays and possibilities that it would not go through.  Sherree kept in touch with us daily, sometimes hourly to keep us in the loop.  She was in constant touch with the lender and sales person.  Even though sometimes the news she was delivering was scary she always kept us informed.
